Working under the direction of the General Manager, the Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new customer relationships throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role focuses predominantly on securing clients for events (Non-SELA events) featuring amusement rides but also extends to opportunities to introduce skill games, and comprehensive event planning and delivery. Target customers include municipalities, corporate entities, and local dignitaries such as regional princes. Key responsibilities include lead generation, follow-up communications, proposal development, and strategic planning to identify viable regions for summer events, such as Taif. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with all internal departments to optimize delivery, cost efficiency, and profit margins, while maintaining strong client relationships and continuously developing new strategies to grow the business in KSA.
- Identify and acquire new customers across KSA for events featuring amusement rides and skill games.
- Target municipalities, corporate entities, and regional dignitaries for business development.
- Conduct market research to identify viable regions for summer events for cities with mid-sized populations that are boosted by tourism, such as Taif, Abha etc.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-up calls, and prepare detailed commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize event delivery, cost, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Create and implement strategies to expand business opportunities in KSA.
- Ensure alignment with company goals and report progress to the General Manager.
