Job Summary:
The Lighting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of lighting systems for events, productions, and venues. This role ensures that lighting setups are executed according to design plans while supervising technicians and maintaining high technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the setup, operation, and dismantling of lighting equipment for events and productions.

• Coordinate with lighting designers and production teams to implement lighting plans accurately.

• Lead and support lighting technicians during installations and live operations.

• Ensure all lighting equipment is properly tested, maintained, and operated safely.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to lighting systems during rehearsals and live events.

• Monitor inventory and ensure proper handling and storage of lighting equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Technology, Theatre Production, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in lighting operations within events, entertainment, or production environments.

• Strong knowledge of lighting fixtures, control consoles, DMX protocols, and rigging basics.

• Experience supervising technical teams during event setups and live productions.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on large-scale events, concerts, or conferences.

• Familiarity with industry-standard lighting consoles and control systems.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
