Job Title: Events - Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are passionate about event planning and eager to learn the intricacies of organizing successful events. As an Events Trainee, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of event plans and concepts.
• Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
• Support the events team in logistical arrangements and on-site event management.
• Help in the creation and distribution of event promotional materials.
• Participate in post-event evaluations to improve future events.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
