Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Transformation Program Manager will play a critical role in shaping, planning, and executing Sela’s enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role requires consulting experience, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate strategy into executable initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

The role will support the end-to-end transformation lifecycle, including initiative development, business case creation, execution planning, and executive reporting, while working closely with senior stakeholders across Sela.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Design & Initiative Development

• Support the development of transformation initiatives aligned with Sela’s strategic priorities and value creation objectives.

• Conduct benchmarking and best-practice analysis (local, regional, and international) to inform initiative design.

• Develop business cases, including financial impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI modeling.

• Translate strategic ambitions into structured initiatives with clear scope, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.

Planning & Execution Support

• Lead and support transformation execution planning, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.

• Identify execution risks and bottlenecks and proactively recommend mitigation actions.

• Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment between business units and transformation objectives.

Performance Management & Reporting

• Perform business and financial analysis to track value realization versus targets.

• Prepare executive-level materials (PowerPoint) for CEO, ExCom, and Board updates.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all transformation reporting.

Stakeholder & Governance Support

• Act as a thought partner to initiative owners and functional leaders.

• Support governance forums by preparing materials, tracking decisions, and following up on action items.

• Embed a structured, consulting-style approach to problem-solving and execution discipline across the organization.
