Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains all safety-related documents, including safety manuals, policies, procedures, checklists, reports, and training records.

• Ensures that all documentation meets legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.

• Conducts safety orientation and ongoing health and safety training for employees and contractors.

• Provides accident prevention and emergency response training tailored to project needs.

• Performs regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.

• Prepares detailed inspection reports with recommendations and follows up on corrective actions.

• Inspects tools, equipment, and working conditions for potential safety risks.

• Plans, implements, and manages environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs on-site.

• Serves as the primary contact for injury, incident, and near-miss reporting and investigation.

•  Investigates incidents to determine root causes and recommends corrective/preventive actions.

• Maintains detailed logs of inspections, incident reports, and safety-related correspondence.

• Acts as a subject matter expert to guide and support project teams in all safety-related matters.

• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure EHS integration throughout the project lifecycle.
