Job Description: HR Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the HR field. As an HR Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Provide support in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide assistance to employees as needed.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
