🚨 Job Title: Commercial Contractual Affairs Specialist

📍 Riyadh / Jeddah

The Commercial Contractual Affairs Specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial terms and scopes of work for agreements within the Events Department.

The role ensures all commercial, operational, and delivery requirements are clearly defined and aligned with event objectives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Draft and review commercial terms and scopes of work for event-related agreements

* Coordinate with internal teams to collect operational, financial, and technical inputs

* Ensure alignment of commercial clauses with event strategies, budgets, and deliverables

* Support Managers and Directors in reviewing and refining commercial content

* Prepare commercial summaries and support negotiation processes

* Work closely with the Legal Department to finalize contract drafts

* Maintain organized records of drafts, revisions, and final agreements

* Contribute to improving templates, guidelines, and drafting processes

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)

* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial drafting, contracts, or similar roles

* Experience in events, entertainment, sports, or large-scale projects is preferred

* Strong proficiency in English & Arabic (written and spoken)

* Solid understanding of commercial terms, scopes of work, and deliverables

* High attention to detail with strong communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple agreements and work under tight deadlines
