DMC Reservations Manager
Job Description
Lead and manage the DMC reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Develop and implement reservation strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Oversee the processing of reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking procedures.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages that enhance the company’s market presence.
Monitor and analyze reservation data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and maintaining a positive company image.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on reservation activities, performance metrics, and financial results to senior management.
