• Manage the planning and execution of operational processes for DMC services, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously organized and implemented.

• Serve as the point of contact for clients to understand their specific needs and ensure that all operations meet their expectations.

• Collaborate with the operations team to allocate resources efficiently, including transportation, accommodations, and on-ground services.

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for all projects and operational activities, ensuring timely delivery of services.

• Assist in monitoring operational budgets, ensuring that all activities stay within financial parameters while achieving high service quality.

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Track and analyze operational performance metrics, providing reports and insights to management for decision-making.
