Job Description: Guest Relations Associate

The Guest Relations Associate is a pivotal role within our hospitality team, responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate guest needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly reception.

• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.

• Assist in managing guest reservations and check-in/check-out processes.

• Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality.

• Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean and presentable at all times.

Work Environment:

This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our guests. The Guest Relations Associate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.
